Pumpkin Recipes

With Fall and Halloween in full swing, it's a good idea to put some of those pumpkins to use.

Here are two links to recipes that will put some tasty gluten-/sugar-free pumpkin foods on the table:

I'm not sure if those decorating pumpkins can be used for cooking.  Please post if they can or can't be used to the comments.

  1. The pumpkins that you use for decorating are larger and less flavorful that the small "sugar" pumpkins. The smaller the pumpkin the easier it is to bake. But, Libby's is always a nice alternative, just make sure to get the 100% pumpkin not the pumpkin pie.

  2. hmmm... I purchased organic pumpkin filling from Whole Foods? I don't think it said pumpkin pie. I hope that's okay. I am planning on making them tonight and will post how they turned out!
