We can't always have prepared meals on hand. Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and we must adjust our swing.
Eating out with friends at a restaurant isn't the end of your Paleo challenge. There are great options available almost wherever you go (except for Cold Stone). Last night, Amy T. and Edie T. treated themselves to dinner at Cheddar's.
Both enjoyed an 8 oz. steak with 2 sides of broccoli (shown above) and a salad without dressing. This is very Paleo-friendly and from what I hear, very "yum."
Shoot me pictures of your Paleo meals and I'll throw'em up on the blog.
Post food and thoughts to comments.

Omit the brown sugar and butter. And eat the skin.
Very tasty and filling.
Ignore the link above. Follow these directions:
ReplyDeleteCut squash in half.
Gut the seeds and membrane.
Put a little bit of water in the bottom of a tupperware.
Place squash face down, cook for 8 minutes with lid on.
Turn squash over, cook for another 2 minutes.
Let cool.
Enjoy!
